Slow Flow Yoga (1-1.45pm)

Little Deer Wellness  will be offering a 45 minute lunch time yoga class which is suitable for all levels of fitness. Practice will be from 1pm-1:45pm via Zoom. Yoga mats required.

Guided Breathwork (12pm)

Breathwork is accessible and actionable. This webinar consists of a 45 minute practice, for focus and deep rest, a breakdown of the techniques and discussion.

Pilates with Sarah Finn (11am)
